A DAY OF JUNE currently ships to all countries worldwide.


 

Taxes and Duties

For all destinations outside of the EU, customers may face import and duty taxes. These vary from country to country and A DAY OF JUNE has no control over them. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

As most of the products made by A DAY OF JUNE are hand made to order, please check the product page for the item origin to determine whether any charges may incur. If you are still unsure please contact our customer support team.


 

Delivery Methods

For all Domestic, EU and Rest Of The World destinations including Russia,we use a variety of courier services inluding DH, FEDEX, TNT and UPS as our carrier, which is a trackable service to your door.

Delivery Charges

Italy – Free (insurance is extra)

Europe – 13€ (insurance is extra)

Rest of the World – 20€ (insurance is extra)

Delivery Times

As most of the products available are hand made upon order, delivery timescales will vary depending on the level of orders received at the time of your order. The minimum time for delivery is 10-14 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

A DAY OF JUNE offers a 10 day money-back guarantee or exchange on all purchases (this EXCLUDES items that are custom-made - including custom gemstone items, custom matching bands, one of a kind, rushed, discounted). You will have 10 days from the time you sign for your package to postmark the package back to me;
All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging. Prior to sending the package back, contact us for information how to ship the item back at info@adayofjune.com

A DAY OF JUNE cannot assume any responsibility for any item not returned in the manner described. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

All our products are unique and are hand made. There are minor deviations in the provided item descriptions, as every stone used is unique. The weight, measured in carats, is as described. The provided measurements of the stones, in millimeters, in the descriptions are for objective purposes only. For example - a couple of round stones can have the same carat weight, but due to these minor variation in their proportions, can have a different aspect ratio.

All DISCOUNTED, RUSHED, ONE OF A KIND, MADE TO FIT and CUSTOM ORDERS (that includes custom gemstones) are non-refundable; this includes partial payments. We reserve the right to refuse returned items we deem as not in sellable condition, damaged, altered, or used.

EXCHANGES: the ordered items can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, within the return period of 10 days as mentioned above, as long as it is not the same type of item in an identical or altered configuration.

CUSTOM JEWELLERY IS FINAL SALE. My guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved through detailed photos, including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals (gold, silver or bronze).

Refunds will be given less shipping costs.


RING RESIZING
If you provided the wrong ring size and want to re-size it, we charge a 30€ fee and shipping back to you. We do not offer refunds if the size of the ring you have provided is not correct.

Any changes to the items (ring resizing, soldering, exchanging stones, pendants, etc.) voids the warranty.

If the item was damaged in anyway, you will be charged for the damages. If the item is returned without its original box, tote, and/or all original documents that were shipped with package, there will be a 25-50€ charge (depending on what was not returned).

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We offer a general warranty, of 1 year, on all our products. The warranty is voided if the items have been tampered with or have been subjected to physical injury.

Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the returned item(s), original documentations, and packaging. If everything looks good, we will issue you the full refund minus shipping charge to you.
