Bronze ring with green tourmaline with a "rose" cut and an irregular shape, unique piece.
 It takes its name from the New Zealand volcano that has on its summit Lake Taupo with green waters, like our stone.

 Taupo is a huge 35 km wide volcanic caldera (filled by Lake Taupo) located in northern New Zealand.
 This rhyolitic volcano, about 26,500 years ago, produced one of the largest volcanic eruptions in the last 70,000 years.
